Sample Order Form Thank you for your interest in samples from The Busy Bride. The cost of samples depend on the catalog you order them through.  If you order through more than one catalog, you may have to submit more than one sample request.  Please read about sponsored web pages in ordering information for more information on why these pages are different. NuArt Samples NuArt is where you can get the three free samples. The free sample have to be ordered through the NuArt part of my web site. Additional NuArt samples after the first three can be ordered using the form at the bottom of this page. These will be charged at $2.50 each with a minimum $4.00 charge.  Shipping is $1.00 NuArt Samples ordered through ordered through the NuArt sponsored pages First 3 samples are Free!!! The pricing for the samples will not change, and you will need to call or fax your payment information after submitting your request. NuArt samples are the only exception. The first three free NuArt samples HAVE to be ordered through the NuArt ordering pages, and additional NuArt samples have to be ordered though this sample page. An additional $3.00 will be added to sample requests mailed to Canada, per catalog ordered from.
