Why does the Busy Bride's web pages often look different?
The Busy Bride works with Eight different printing companies.
Four of the printing companies, Carlson Craft, Regency, NuArt and Birchcraft,
have sponsored web pages.
A sponsored web site is a web site that is ran by the printing
company, but Dealers such as The Busy Bride use to promote and sell
products. The sponsored web pages are still part of the Busy Brides
web site, and if you are ordering through one of the sponsored web
pages, you are still ordering from The Busy Bride.
How can I customize my order?
The order forms on the sponsored web sites links (see question
above) for Invitations & Announcements from Carlson Craft, Regency,
NuArt and Birchcraft do not allow special instructions or customizing
of your invitation or announcement in the order form, The Busy Bride
gives you that chance here to add special instructions before your
order is finalized. See the "Customize it" link in the side bar to
the left.
The order forms that are with non-sponsored web sites have a
place for special instructions & questions in the order form so there
is no need to fill out a customize request if you are ordering a
Stylart, Classic, McPhersons, Masterpiece or Diamond Boutique
Invitation or Announcement.
Why doesn't the Busy Bride order page calculate shipping costs?
The ordering pages for Stylart, Classic, McPhersons,
Masterpiece & Diamond Boutique do not calculate shipping before
submitting your order. The Busy Bride does charge shipping for all
orders, but the shipping costs are calculated & e-mailed along with a
spelling & content proof of your order. This information can then be
reviewed by you and approved when you ready to finalize your order.
Payment arrangements can then be taken care of by either Phone or Fax.
The ordering pages for Carlson Craft, Regency, NuArt and
Birchcraft do calculate shipping before submitting your order.
How do I order?

Can I order Samples?
Invitation samples are available before placing an order
Request samples online or call to request samples.
Do you supply Mail Order catalogs?
We do not produce mail-order catalogs. See Samples.
Do you print Foreign Languages?
We can print foreign languages when the letters are from the
English alphabet. In addition, we offer Spanish verses for wedding and
Quince AƱos ensembles.
We can also print other languages, but they will require
camera ready artwork (black print on white paper) supplied by the
customer. Please inquire about this when filling out the order form or
request a quote for foreign print on a particular card.
Can I print a certain verse or phrase?
The busy bride will do the best to accommodate any printing
request, but we reserve the right to refuse to print any copy that may
be considered harassing, profane or abusive in nature. For more
information, see the "Customize it" link in the side bar to the left.
What if I need to Return an item?
We do our best to make sure each item is printed and shipped
exactly as it is ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you
have a concern with your order. Sometimes non-printed items can be
returned with a re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.
How do I make a change to an order that has been submitted?
If you've sent your order and you've found you've made a
mistake, please call or e-mail us immediately. We will confirm the
status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made.
Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make
a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully
before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.
How do I cancel my order?
There is a $10.00 Service fee for cancelling your order. If
order has already been printed or is too late to stop in the printing
process, you will be charged full price of order.
How do I order more invitations?
Contact us immediately if you discover you need to increase
the quantity. We will try to catch the order before it's printed. The
price for an additional 25 is always a better value than a new order
for 25. Consider ordering an extra 25 in case of mistakes or last
minute additions. If your order cannot be stopped before it is
printed, we will notify you, and you will be charged the new order
price.
How do I make payment?
We accept major credit cards. Payment is due at the time your
order is placed. You may be billed a U.S. dollars sales tax on your
final invoice total depending on the state you are in.
How can I rush an order?
Because our production time is so fast, we are typically
unable to rush your order in the printing process. However, we suggest
you choose an expedited shipping method to ensure the quickest
delivery.
How are the invitations printed?
Most of our personalized paper products are printed using
thermography, which is a process which provides a beautiful raised
lettering effect. Envelope flaps are often printed flat printed.
Some invitations are offered with Engraved or Letterpress.
Foil stamping is an option for many accessory items.
How will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped UPS Ground Service.

orders, but the shipping costs for the companies noted above are
calculated and e-mailed along with a spelling & content proof of your

How are your discounts calculated?
In the sponsored web pages (Carlson Craft, Regency, NuArt and
Birchcraft) your discount is 30% off the entire invitation order with
everything else, such as accessories, discounted separately (typically
around 20 percent off) The discount will be reflected at checkout in
the sponsored web pages.
Also, with the sponsored web pages if your invitation
discounted cost reaches $350.00 or more, I offer an additional 5
percent bonus discount. This is not reflected in checkout, as it is a
bonus discount. During the phone consulation this discount will be
reviewed and taken out of your grand total.
